Mumbai meets Bangalore

Those sunday mornings at IIM Indore I used to love the crispy rice make called Dosa. But to get bored is a part of human nature. Its been 4 months I am in Bangalore and I have been having sambhar almost on daily basis. And I have been so fed up with this dosa that I had almost pledge not to have dosa ever until I found 99 variety dosa in the streets of Koramangla. It was fusion of Italian, mumbai and God knows what not. There were 99 dosas that were combination of all ingredients on Earth. There was butter, baby corn, mysore masala, pav bhaji, peas, cheese, schezwan sauce etc. It is a replica of prantha waali gali in Chandni chowk. The entire scene was really pleasant and calm.

For the first time I felt Bangalore can also be a fun place to live when I saw Bombay meeting Bangalore giving us a unique dosa.
